Our properties are never selected on speculative or future value estimates.  The properties must pass multiple filters including cashflow net ROI requirements of 15% or more, monthly gross rent multipliers of 35 or less, and must be worth over double our listed sale price. Only once all of these requirements are met are they listed on this site.
