How It Works

We believe that in order to be able to buy, sell or even just hold real estate, one attribute is necessary more than all of the others, simplicity. With simplicity, duplication is, well, simple.   1. Reservation Agreement
    1. Once you’ve identified the property you want, we ask you fill out a Reservation Agreement with an earnest money deposit of $1,500. This will allow us to temporarily take the property off of the market and reserve the property for you pending the execution of the purchase contract.
  2. Purchase Contract
    1. Within 48 hours of submitting the Reservation Agreement, you will be emailed a purchase contract outlining the terms and conditions of purchase, along with the legal description of said property. You have 72 hours from that point to either execute the contract or request a full refund of the deposit for any reason.
  3. Escrow
    1. Once the contract is executed, escrow will be opened and we will order a full title insurance policy insuring you are getting a free and clear title.
  4. Closing
    1. At closing of escrow, you will be delivered all of the closing documents associated with your purchase including a full warranty deed.
    2. You will provide Bay Area Equity Group delivery options for your monthly rental income.

Congratulations, you’re a real estate investor! The whole process should take no more than 5 days allowing you to repeat the process as many times as suitable for your investment objectives. You will be working directly with an investment specialist to ensure a seamless process. Keep in mind these properties move relatively quickly in today’s active market. If you like the property in this packet, submit the Reservation Agreement as soon as possible. Remember, you have 72 hours to change your mind for any reason and get a full refund of your deposit.
